Instructors Wanted
The DisabiliTease Academy is an online dance, burlesque, aerial, and movement arts school focused on performers with disabilities. Our mission is to provide an accessible experience for both instructors and students who may otherwise encounter barriers in traditional schools. We will offer both live-stream and recorded classes.
We are looking for instructors that fit our mission and values. Our goal is to include a wide range of instructors and teachers whenever possible. This includes people of all genders, ages, sizes, abilities, backgrounds, races, beliefs, and sexual orientations.

Notes
- We offer a few equity tickets for each class for disabled BIPOC students that cannot afford them. These tickets do not affect your pay or compensation.
- If you have a set teaching fee that does not fall within these guidelines, please let us know so that we can work with you to be compensated fairly.
- In the case of a series of classes, teacher pay and the student ticket price may be discussed and adjusted to better fit the length of time and frequency. This will be discussed before finalizing the contract.
