An active member of the local theatre and burlesque communities and an overall fan of taxes, Court has a unique understanding of the ins and outs of taxes.

About the instructor:

Court Symons (they/them), also known as Supreme Court in the performance community, is the owner/operator of CM Enterprises, Inc. Based in Minnesota, this tax preparation company specializing in artist taxes works with clients nationwide.

A graduate of the Normandale Community college, Court has worked with tax law firms learning the ins and outs of artists’ taxes while pursuing a law degree. They are excited to show the next generation of artists what they have learned.

Outside of their work in taxes, Court works locally in stage management and tech in both design and operation.
