Date: Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 7 pm – 9 pm Central

About the workshop:

Porcelain Doll lives for feather fans and teaching feather fans to everyone who wants to experience the joy of this beautiful artwork. With a decade of studying feather and all types of other fan dance and performing with her fans around Australia, the UK, and Europe as a performer with arthritis, Porcelain is well aware of the pressure feather fans can have on the body. She is excited to teach and create beautiful, out-of-the-box burlesque moves that work for different bodies and help you find the fan shapes and styles that work for you. This workshop will include one-armed fan work, floor and chair fan work, fan head balancing, fan shape variations, and more.

Supplies: Feather fans will be very helpful, but small fans of any size will still assist in learning the choreography. Access to the floor or a chair.
